The Five Pillars of Wellbeing

Simple and effective tools that actually work for your life

I am a passionate advocate of the simple, self service, tools which we can all harness to help improve the quality of our life experience. All we need to unlock these skills is some education on the processes and principles in order that we can understand how to apply them to our lives and some help building these into positive habitual behaviours in order to realise their potential.

Whilst life can, and does, throw unfair circumstances at us through no fault of our own, we are also invariably the product of what we do most often, the habits and behaviours we repeat the most. This law applies to our physical condition, our mental outlook and our relationships with others. So learning and applying skills in some key areas can have a profound effect on our world experience and the experience of those we interact with.

I focus on a "Five Pillars of Wellbeing" model, five areas which almost all of us are able to influence in some way for the better and which will have a positive result for our felt experience as a consequence. These pillars are, Nutrition, Emotional Flexibility & Resilience, Physical Activity, Optimised Breathing & Sleep.

Michelle Irving and I will be exploring these concepts with our audience at the Club Hub in Poole on Wednesday 15th June so that you can learn how to start making effective use of these in your life.

If you would like to join us for this excellent evening simply follow the link below or call the Club Hub.
