My name is Lorien Holiday and I am a health and wellness professional.
I have spent the past 7 years focused on learning and developing, simple but effective strategies for improving health and wellbeing, physically, mentally & emotionally.

We are in a period of history in which we are living longer and so it is more important than ever that we invest in our wellbeing, physically and emotionally. This will ensure that we are able to make the very best of the time that we have, for our personal benefit and also for the benefit of those we love and care about.

I offer a range of coaching strategies to help you move forward with the challenges in your life that you most want to work with. I specialise in helping people starting from the very first steps of their personal journey to wellbeing and a freer self.
